On August 29th 2022, Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company Limited (“Mirae Asset Prévoir”) and Viet A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (“VietABank”) settled more than VND 650 million the insurance benefit of UL68 - Tam An Bao Phat product (Universal Life Insurance Product 2018) for Ms. T.T.Y.M family in Bac Lieu province.

With self-awareness in hedging risks, from December 2021, Ms. T.T.Y.M has participated in UL68 – Tam An Bao Phat product of Mirae Asset Prévoir through VietABank channel with a premium of VND 10 million per year. Ms. M. had an unfortunate accident leading to severe injuries and passed away. 

As soon as receiving the claim request, the representatives of Mirae Asset Prévoir and VietABank sent condolences, shared and instructed customer’s family to fulfill requirements in order to receive the claim settlement. The total insurance payment is the total basic insurance benefit and the account value that Ms. M. selected when buying UL68 – Tam An Bao Phat product, corresponding to the amount of more than VND 650 million.

The prompt and timely actions of Mirae Asset Prévoir and partner genuinely shared the worry with the customer's family to overcome this difficult period. This demonstrates the meaning and humanity of life insurance.
